|Name and Surname||
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2000 and completed my Masters in 2016 both from WITS University. I have always been working in the field of paediatrics and still work at a school for children with disability. I am both NDT (neurodevelopmental therapy) and MAES (movement analysis and education strategies) trained.
I got involved in the field of pelvic health after having had my own children and needing pelvic floor rehabilitation. I completed a one year speciality training course with Hester Van Aswegen, Bettina Moser and Corina Avni in 2012.
Since working with children is my first love, I have also done some training in Paediatric pelvic health.
I am a member of the pelvic and women’s health physiotherapy group (PWHPG) which is part of the South African Society of Physiotherapy.
Since 2013 I have been working in the field of pelvic health in Krugersdorp and most recently in Greenside, Johannesburg.
I work with women and children, I love what I do, I Love teaching people and hope to empower adults and children one pelvis at a time.
